Founded in 2015. In 2015, there were few women in upstate New York training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
In order to prepare for competitions April, and Julie organized training sessions and camps exclusively for women.
In the beginning we started with day camps and sleepovers. Quickly, we realized that there needs to be more time in order to share knowledge, spar and connect with each other. We didn't realize we had stumbled upon a "need" in our community of women. A need for training partners, female instruction and guidance, role models, friends and just some time away from home, family etc.
We seek to mentor and usher in females to a community of acceptance, opportunity, support, guidance and life-long friendship.

Our camps quickly became popular within the women's BJJ community.
Our goal became to provide an overall experience to our campers unlike anything else on the market. We now provide luxury accommodations and complete vacation packages inclusive of world class Jiu Jitsu instruction from some of the best in the business. We are confident that we will continue to host epic camp adventures with unique experiences and themes that leave our campers walking away wanting more.

We believe that Jiu Jitsu is empowering for people, especially women, all over the world.
Female BJJ has been growing tremendously in the past years and with it the level and excitement of female grappling matches.
Our goal is, to build a network of women all over the world who support one another in whatever capacity they can. The bonds that you build and the connections that you make at our camps we truly hope are life-long.
We believe that women should have equal opportunities in this sport and should be able to make a living if they chose BJJ as their profession.
We welcome all ages, experience levels and affiliations. We are a no politic, no drama group.
